Because he owns the famous 80,000 strong Newbie Club�. And with over 5 years experience of dealing with Newbies and their particularly unique problems, frustrations, and specific aversion to techie-stuff as he calls it, he knows more about Newbie Usability Needs than anyone else on the planet.
Back came the beta software for improvements and additions. Then again, and again, for 6 whole weeks, until it was finally 'signed off'!
It was painful (and expensive) for me and my team, but boy was it worth it!
'And what did we end up creating?'
Imagine opening an eBook on your monitor or DVD player screen, and with ONE click of the Start button the music intro starts, the talking audio begins, the text is displayed simultaneously ...
